Apprenticeship
New York Mayor’s Office of Talent & Workforce Development

Advising on the general strategic restructuring of the $900 million workforce development eco-system in NYC, we worked with corporate, union, government agencies to create a city-wide apprenticeship strategy to triple the number of private and public-sector apprenticeships by 2023. Semiconductor Manufacturing
One Network for Regional Advanced Manufacturing (ON-RAMP)

New York State is rapidly becoming a premier hub for semiconductor manufacturing in the United States, with a goal of producing one in four U.S.-made chips by 2030. Our collaboration with CenterState CEO in Syracuse managed the strategic planning to launch the first training facility dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing and advanced construction for the 50,000 jobs being created over the next decade. Our work outlined the end-to-end strategy and operating model: including aligning all stakeholders around real-time talent demand; building clear, competency-based pathways into priority sectors; designing scalable partnerships, governance, and funding; and establishing the data, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement engine needed to deliver measurable outcomes across regions.

A realistic high-resolution photo of a semiconductor manufacturing facility, showcasing advanced machinery and cleanroom environments. The image should focus on a single piece of equipment in operation, with a blurred background to emphasize the subject. The setting should reflect a sterile and high-tech atmosphere, with technicians wearing cleanroom attire in the background. The overall composition should be simple and clear, highlighting the precision and sophistication of semiconductor manufacturing.
